I met Becky Mattair and Mary Haywood at an open house in the neighborhood. I attended the open house for 2 reasons: (1) check out condition/pricing of home in same neighborhood where my dad's house is located, and (2) having told Becky and Mary that I was merely curious about the home they were showing, both Becky and Mary were kind, helpful, and most importantly, DID NOT DISMISS ME as someone merely looking. Because they treated me so well as a "looker," I let them know that one of the purposes I was attending the open house was to "interview" them as potential listing agents. They later came to my dad's home to look it over, got back to me quickly with comps, and gave me good suggestions for preparing the house for listing. Bottom line: professional, kind, caring, and responsive. Those were my initial impressions of Becky and Mary and my experience with them from inception through closing bore out the validity of those impressions. Becky has a real knack for connecting with people and understanding their needs. Her open house was a success. I highly recommend Becky Mattair and Mary Haywood for the sale of a home.
